Übersicht: This 12 minute tram ride will take you to the top of Rendezvous Mountain which has spectacular views down towards Jackson and Teton Village as well as the Jackson Hole Ski Resort. You'll also have views north towards the Grand Teton and teh Snake River Valley. Make sure to bring a jacket and a camera to the top.

Tipps: From Jackson Hole, WY head north on 390 to Teton Village. Follow the signs to the lower parking lot for the tram which is $12 per day. Tram tickets in the summer are $29. Refer to the links in this guide for more information.

There is paid parking everywhere in Teton Vilage with the lot for the tram currently at $12 for the day. Tram tickets for the summer are $30. See the links in this guide for more information. Head towards the tram loading station and ticket booth (follow the many signs).

Top of Rendezvous Mountain

You just ascended 4,139' in just about 12 minutes to the top of Rendezvous mountain at 10,450 feet. Take a walk along the top for fantastic views north to the Tetons and down to the south towards the awesome town of Jackson, WY. You may see some paragliders setting up near the top. The photos here are from 1989 when I and my parents took the original "Big Red" tram up. Now there is a brand new modern tram built in 2007.
